Precise location
Precise location is processed in device memory only during a monitoring session you start. It is used for crossing reminders and the position marker. No route history is saved. Settings, including language and map preference, are stored locally. Backup is disabled. Stop monitoring or revoke permissions at any time; uninstalling removes local app data.
Online street map
The offline schematic, crossing database and voice recordings need no network. Online street maps are optional and off by default. When enabled, OpenFreeMap and its infrastructure receive your IP and requested map area. Opening external links shares normal connection data with their operators. API PLK integration is planned, not active.
Qoley / Web
This site is hosted by Cloudflare Workers. No advertising, analytics, tracking cookies, accounts, mailing lists or location collection. Assets and fonts are hosted with the page. Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP, timestamps and requested URLs to deliver and secure the site, under its own privacy and retention policies. Worker request logging is not enabled by Qoley.
Privacy
For data processed by the controller, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing where applicable and complain to the Polish data protection authority UODO. Technical data is processed only as necessary to provide and secure the service (legitimate interest); questions may be sent to the contact above. Location is not received by the controller. This document must be reviewed against the actual hosting and store distribution before release.
